THE PRAYERLESS CHRISTIAN (Pt.1)

A prayerless Christian is like a sleeping Lion in a jungle. He does not know what danger that approaches his tent and as a result most times, he is taken unawares by his foe (devil) who has been very watchful on him to know he is fainted unto sleep with all his powers.

That doesn't mean He(Christian) is powerless, NO! He just didn't use what he's got. He never watched out, he wasn't ready for a war.

Jesus explained, before you could attack a powerful man, you must have to tie him down with strong ropes first, then access his hood and release his captives.

This is exactly what happens to a prayerless Christian too.

Because he ignorantly or willfully did not keep watch and sit up to fight his battles, he slept off like the king of the jungle(Lion) in a deep sleep and voom his foes ravaged him.

When we accepted Christ as our Lord and Savior, we were given the power to be called the sons of God, the power to overcome sin and also the power to victor against the devil himself. We were empowered by the Holy Spirit which convinced us and God counted us soldiers👮 recruited for the battle of the Cross. Therefore, we have never been powerless since we believed.

And in addition, He(God) gave us a weapon that overpowers our enemies and enables us take bravely standards against them when they come in as a flood - - JESUS🔥💪

But on the contrary to the expectations of our father and commander, who has recruited us into his fold; When we shy away from the BATTLE, When we refuse to WAGE WAR, When we refuse to WATCH, When we refuse to PRAY.

The adversaries, the enemies of our faith, CREEPS IN ON US, RAVAGE OUR ABODE, STEAL FROM US, KILL AND DESTROYS US.

If as a Christian, you've not been praying, you're at a very great risk in favor of our enemy, though YOU AIN'T powerless❌ like you've been previously told.

PUT YOUR POWER💪 TO USE, PRAY🙏, WAGE WAR, WATCH, for a sleeping Lion is no better than a watchful dog.

Get up, take a stand, declare it... "By the power vested on me as a child of God, I refuse to relent in my service, I refuse to be asleep in the midst of my war. I today take charge and resume office, am a warrior, am a deliverer and that's who I am. I shall not faint any longer,

I WILL PRAY, I WILL WATCH, I WILL WAGE WAR, I AM POWERFUL, I'VE GOT TO USE THE POWER, IT IS MY CALLING, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN."

Continue in this fate of prayerfulness, God needs you fighting. Burn 🔥

Parenting Should Be Studied Before Embracing It - Ibe Samuel Onyedikachi

While in a conversation with a friend sometime ago, I recommended a certain book on parenting to her and she told me she wasn't a mother yet. I took it to be fun but she made her stand clear. Then my mind pondered over her response. Do lawyers become lawyers before studying law? Or doctors become doctors before studying medicine and surgery? Even an apprentice remains an apprentice until they are verified by their masters. How then is parenting treated differently? This is one the reasons we really some halfbaked parents/parenting in the society. Many think they need to become parents before getting to know parenting ' know-hows .' Come to think that family is the smallest unit and making ground of the society yet we underestimate the need for proper preparation for such very sensitive role makes it scary. GRACE?

Most of the things you call "GRACE!" are products and results of hardwork! Lying down lazily everyday hoping for your own GRACE is waste of time! I remember a popular Aba preacher telling us a story of how he got 500k after praying for grace. People screamed in awe. But during the cost of his later stories, he slightly stated that he was a businessman and that the 500k came from a business he ended with a long time customer. NB: I am not saying that "GRACE" doesn't exist, MBA (NO)! Grace does exist, but this thing will jump and scream grace are mostly results of PREPARATIONS, HARDWORK, STUDIES, INVESTMENTS etc If you do your path, God will do his own by crowning your efforts with success, then the rest of us will jump and shout GRACE!
